Where do I go to change the shipping date for my order?

Hello all! I recently ordered my first shipment of donor sperm to be delivered for ICI. But as things in my world usually go, I am now looking to ovulate 1 day sooner than I had thought & I need to change the shipping date for my order. I called the cryobank today and the lady who answered said I have to log into my account and do this online, but for the life of me I cannot figure out how/where to do this. Can anyone help me out?
