Super long story short . . Riley has been diagnosed with ADHD though isn't 100% Drs said but has sunrooms, has SPD and ODD, speech and motor delays and a underdeveloped central nervous system. We've tried everything to help this issues and have learned of many of them over the last year. Looking back all of his issues as a baby and toddler all tie to these. Drs think there is a bigger issue to ALL of this stuff. Had an EEG today with showed abnormal sharp spikes in the frontal left region. They are looking more into silent seizures as a possibility. They also suggested a possible MRI soon. We've been seeing specialist for a year and he has confused a lot of doctors. Dr told me the spikes can also cause brain irritation. I was so tired that I didn't take a lot of it in. Riley had to only have 4 hours of sleep for the EEG which means I've had about 3. Glad I'm finally getting some answers. Neurologist did warn me that the spikes are not normal however we may not be able to find out the cause of the spikes or how they are fully effecting him.
