Apple cider vinegar?

So I have heard it's safe to take Apple spider vinegar when pregnant. Has anyone taken the pill form over drinking it?

Charlese was born on June 17, 2017 at 8:33 AM. She was the most gorgeous baby I've ever seen. She came into this world weighing 7 lbs and 5ozs. She was 19 1/2 inches.

Will try for #2 around September 2019! I’m ready to complete my family!

    I didn't even know they had it in pill form. I did take it daily in 8oz water with a tbs of honey in it. It helped with heartburn.

    I read it helps with blood sugar so I'm gonna give it a try. I couldn't do it with water the smell got to me. I did it with a G2 Gatorade. I got it down and hope it helps my fasting sugars in the morning.

    I had to do it ice cold and with a straw. Its not great, but did work some. I'm not sure about the blood sugars though.

    cinnamon is best for blood sugar stabilization.
