4 months!

Can't believe our little guy is four months old! Just wanted to stop in to give a few updates.

He's 13.5 pounds, 25 inches long.

Likes: Country music videos (ew. This was not inherited by me), reading, seeing real babies, car rides, bath time, doorway jumper, activity saucer (skip hop 3 in one is amazing. Highly recommend), watching hockey

Dislikes: most electronic toys, pants, bumpo chair, being tired, scary noises

Sleep: we cosleep. I never thought I would, but had to because it's what he needs. We get a long stretch of 4-5 hours then he's up every 2 but goes right back to sleep at the breast. With cosleeping I get a lot more rest. We are currently working on some of the methods in the No Cry Sleep Solution book. We also love our Snuza.

Eating: trying sweet potatoes tonight!

Temperment: we are lucky. Besides some sleep issues, this baby is really chill. We can put him in his doorway jumper or crib with his mobile for an hour at a time. He's overall very happy and easily entertained.

He's a cutie..and sounds like such an easy going baby. They are fun. I never thought I would co-sleep either but I did with some of my adopted kids if they were babies. I too thought some rest was more important than anything else. I kept a cooler with a bottle or two and a basket of diapers, wipes and clothes next to the bed and had a light with very low watts so got just a tiny bit of light..easy quick feedings and changing and we could all get back to sleep.

He's adorable! I think it's hilarious he's into country music videos. My daughter also just turned 4 months! Her birth day was November 25th - the day after your little guy! We also co-sleep - something I NEVER anticipated but I have her next to me in bed in a DockATot and it's just so easy! She isn't into the country music videos but she does love to watch the weather radar lol

Yeah... It was just so much easier to have him in bed. I was considering the grand size dock a tot for when he gets older. He's so long I have a feeling he'd grow out of the smaller size in like a month.

I try to slip some other genre of music in there but he doesn't like it and calls me every time on it!
