Confused - Donor shows available vials, cannot select at check out

When I go to NWCryo website I cannot find my sperm donor listed anymore. But if I go through my previous transactions via my account I can find him and it shows vials available.
When I go through to order sperm his donor number isnt an option. Im confused as to why.
At home ICI Dec 2017 - BFN
At home ICI January 2018 - BFP at 10dpo
Baby girl born September 2018

    I would e-mail NW. Maybe it’s a glitch, or maybe the vials are on hold for some reason or designated for siblings only.
