in At-Home Insemination

We will be doing a home insemination. We have two vials. How soon after first “peak” smiley face should we do the first insemination? The second? The more I read up on it, the more confused I get.

    I only used one vial on the cycle I got pregnant. I inseminated 15 hours after the peak.
