When my vial came to my home, after it defrosted, i noticed that the cap on the vial was very loose. I ordered sperm twice and both times when i took the vials out of the dewar to let them defrost, the cap was very loose, i didnt even have to unscrew it.
I wanted to know is that normal? has it happened to anyone else?
