Trying again at 36 and looking for advice

I conceived with a NW ICI donor 6 years ago when I was 29. It was the 3rd round we got lucky enough to get our BFP after inseminating on cd 14 and 15. Which was at first +opk(dark line, I didn’t use digitals way back then, haha) and then I believe 24 hours later.
This time I have been using pretty much just clear blue easy advanced digitals and been inseminating on cd 15 and 16: immediately at solid smilie and then again 24 hours later. As I have gotten the solid smile at around 11am on cd 15 for my last three cycles. So cd 15 @11am and cd16 at around 9am. Th first cycle was a BFN and I made the mistake of getting IUI vials instead of ICI. The 2nd cycle I really felt pregnant but all the early result tests came back negative. It wasn’t until the day after my missed period that I got a positive on a early result test. Unfortunately it didn’t stick and I had a chemical pregnancy at about 6 weeks. Which has really been weighing hard on my heart. But want to keep going. I jumped right into another round reading stories of women being super fertile the month after a CP. I did the same insemination timing as I figured I did get pregnant with that timing, but again a BFN.
SO I am not giving up but taking a month off. Some people suggest more time after a CP. I have also started to take CO Q-10 300mg a day but think I may give up the Premama I’ve been taking. I also use Preseed during each insemination.
So my questions are: should I alter timing and go on days 14 and 15 or stick to what I’ve been doing and trust the clear blue advanced digitals? Should I start temping, I haven’t done this in the past and I’m not sure why.
Thanks for any input. And wishing BFPs for you all!!

I also believe you are most fertile right after losses.
I wish you the best.
