For some reasons, us Texans like to take pictures of our kids in the bluebonnets this time of year. So here for everyones viewing pleasure is Rhys in the bluebonnets this past Sunday. :-)

    In the NW Houston area, there's a good-sized patch of bluebonnets at West Little York and Hwy 6, just west of the drugstore, and last year I had good luck at Brenham Christian Academy, which is surrounded by large fields of wildflowers and is set far from a country road.

    Don't know about Dallas or Austin...

    Oh, those are adorable pictures! I love Rhys' hair!! And Mel's triplets are so cute!!

    I wish we had a tradition like this in Maine, but it's mud season right now. For some reason, taking a photo of a kid playing in the mud just wouldn't be quite as attractive!
