New and timing question !

Hello to everyone,
im new here but i read this board for a couple weeks.
Im from german and so im very sorry if my english isnt the best.
Im not at NW but i hope i can get some help from you ladys.
Before a few minutes i got my smiley face on cyle day 21.
im so exited i cant get much sleep.
I have 3 IUI vials to inseminate for the first time at home.
Ok i read a lot of posts about timing and want to do the first insem 12 h after + opk, now im not really sure.
Im 33 years old and hope someone here can give me some tips for the timing.
I really do not know when i O after + opk
im thankfull for every answer i can get, and must say this board is great, i cant find a board in german so good like this one here.

If you do not know when you ovulate it's hard for me to say when to insem. Do you track your basal body temp, check your cervical mucus and cervical position?
yes i have my vials here, and i have my + opk in my hand.
i did mess my temp and my cervical position is high and soft, my mucus is very watery, and a little bit eggy you know what i mean.

I'd say if your cervix is high, soft, open and wet to start insemming. Maybe space them out every 12 hours? I'm no expert with iui sperm so hopefully someone else will chime in with better advice. I'm sorry I don't have a good answer.

yes i want to do it 12 hours past +opk and so on.
i cant discripe what i feel, i feel so much.
Im so glad that i found this board and can read all your storys and feel with you.
I take the desition because the men im live with since 8 years can not have children.
We have so long think about the options we have and finally desided to search for a donor and do it at home by ourself.
we found cryos in denmark and began a lot of research.
Finally i found this board and read every day , all your storys and advice.

I cant sleep and here in germany is ist 6 am in the morning.
