Free meditation for those ttc..

To those trying to conceive. I ran across a free meditation for the ttc process.

The first 4 minutes or so, are kind of about the other programs available, then on to whole body relaxation meditations, then around the 18 minute mark or so, there is some specific meditations/ guided visualization for the reproductive organs...

    You're welcome.. I listened to it and found it relaxing... they offer a bunch of other ones that more specifically deal with ttc... but this is a nice intro, and it is free to download..

    I downloaded the full program before my last cycle. I think it really helped me with stress. I think its $59.

    i tried this. i want to get the whole program. i think Rushings used this as well, if i remember right.

    ICI #1 April 2012- BFN ICI #2 March 2013 BFN
    DH had vasectomy reversal October 2013. It worked!!!
    Counts are low, varicocele surgery was in August 2014.
    IVF February 2016 w/ICSI transferred 2 perfect blastocysts. It's twins!!!!
    Two perfect, beautiful boys born 10/24/16!!
