First time try has a positive result

It has been a while since i last posted due to being gone for active duty. I returned in Decemeber and knew it was time to pick up where we left off. We decided to switch sperm banks during Janurary so waited until Feb to try. Got a +OPK on the 20th and had the docs inseminate the following day. Only 7 days later we tested and got a BFP!!!! First time try!!! Must have been all the good luck baby dust we got from all my fellow soldiers. We are soooo excited...now just have to wait another 3 weeks for our first ultrasound!

    We were about 20 hours past +OPK and decided to switch banks because we wanted adult photos of our donor. My DP wanted the donor to look as much like her as possible. We still love Northwest however!!

    Thanks everyone!! We are super excited and even the docs were suprised at the early BFP!! Pretty sure we tested about 10 times that day and kept getting the same "pregnant" result. This is going to be a long journey but we are going to cherish every moment!
