My wife is carrying, she is 31. First cycle to use vitex & baby aspirin. All cycles we used (1) vial ICI using NW syringe with catheter. I use my fingers to find her cervix and position the catheter under it and let 'em go! Cervix was really low and I couldn't tell if it was open or not. We thought we were out, neither one of us really stressed or cared much during this TWW because we ordered the dewar late and insemmed the evening of her ovulation day. she ovulates CD 14, we confirm easily because she gets a temp dip before & rise after, plus ov cramps.
This was our 5th try in 6 months. We were about to take a 2 month break after this, to save money and we'd be out of town the next month during ovulation. She gets a lot of symptoms during TWW, so there were only a few things different this time, but just barely.
0-3 DPO: spotting, but this isn't unusual
3-7 DPO: same symptoms as every cycle
7-9 DPO: her sense of smell is stronger and very gassy; this was a bit unusual but we weren't going to read into it.
10-11 DPO: typical pre-AF spotting; thought we were out for sure. Moved on.
12 DPO: spotting stopped during the day, DW got suspicious but it returned that evening, so brushed it off
13 DPO: spotting stopped, VERY unusual - tested on Wondfo and got faint line after 5 mins.
14 DPO: AF due date but nothing. Tested with early response and had pretty bold positive, not as dark as control but bold.
So far so good! We're hoping all goes well from here!
