Vaccination & acetaminophen use - possible autism link

I'm reading an article on autism that is linking using Tylenol/acetaminophen before or after a vaccine and during pregnancy. The interesting point the article made was that it compares autism rates in Cuba (where acetaminophen is only available by prescription) to America. We have 298 times the autism rate that Cuba does.
I don't want to create a debate because I recognize there may not be a true correlation, but I would hate to not mention this just in case.
