Just got a + today. most stressful beginning of cycle ever and it still worked?

I believe I am 10dpo but I could be 11.
took clomid for only 2 days and opted against it. used cups, preseed, progesterone, folic acid, aspirin, fish oil, GNC mega vitamin, a margaritta (huge), kept busy, exercise...

really didnt feel much but sore throat so I ate a ton of ice all week. slight sore boobs prior but none today. little nausea on and off but thought it was nerves. at 6dpo I felt some digging in on my left side and would get twitches in my belly my uterus already feels bigger (had several kids already so thats my norm) and my R side is a tad tender due to releasing egg over there Im thinking.

The first response it tweeked. same pee for both tests so I highly recommend the wondfo.

this baby was found at 8 weeks to have passed at 6 wks and 3 days.

    Thank you!! based on the terrible nausea and gagging thats happening, this should be a sticky baby. 6 tests now all +. todays were pinker. so Im thrilled.

    weird thing, when you can barely see a line, I became frantic and obsessive about testing more. with this more noticeable line, its lie well thats so obvious its pointless to test so much. but I will do one each day till its as dark as control.

    I am just a bit weary today because my test last night with diluted pee was a near negative and I only tested because all my symptoms stopped. Nausea, sore breasts, cramps and starving... no more. This is not my usual- I tend to get sick right away and stay that way till 14-20 weeks.
    Today the test look darker than yesterday. I am not seeing a dr so I wont be getting blood tests anytime soon. I would get an ultrasound (have a friend who owns a place) but its too early to see anything.
