has anyone had lining issues?

if so, what did you do? this is mainly for prior to ovulation. im wondering if this is my issues CAUSE this month I didnt use clomid, i had few pains but symptoms of O, some eggwhites then immediate white mucus... then at 3dpo bright red blood and pink to brown for 4 days since.
I have no possibility of pregnancy. i have slight nausea, headaches, bloat and breaking out. so Im guessing its a no ovulation month and my hormones just are messed up.

I really want to try next month but just considering after the clomid dose to do estradiol for lining build up to receive egg too

Have you done the POM juice? I have ultrasounds before each insem and the months I don't drink the juice lining is under 8. The months I do it is over 10.5.

I agree with the pomegranate juice, but make sure you get the good stuff (not from concentrate). Also try Brazil nuts and red raspberry leaf tea. My nurse also told me to take 400 vitamin e twice a day. Good luck!

My lining was at 6 and then I started going to a community acupuncture center and my lining has been at 9 3 days prior to ovulation. Might be worth a try.

wonderful info ladies!! thank you so much i will try this besides estradiol. I prefer natural anyway.
I was thinking to do soy bars as well BUT I normally dont eat any soy. will that help too?

I know you want natural but a good friend and former forum mom's RE told her to go on one 81mg aspirin a day to help improve lining. It did so I used the advice and started taking one a day too. All the ultrasounds I ever had dr. said I had great lining. When I was working with Sher Fertility Clinic to do an IVF they wanted me to stay on it for the same reason.

During my follicle check my lining was a 5 but it was triple striped. I used 2 estradiol's a day and also Tylenol 81 mg. I triggered the next evening so almost 36 hours later and had my IUI 24 hours later. That was my BFP cycle. My RE said that it is also the quality of the lining (3 layers) that matters.

ok so I take the aspirin before and after o? I was taking only after o around 3dpo on. and I try everyday but forget sometimes.

the estradiol I cannot find but will try to call my dr and see if I can fill a script via phone

Always. I think that's why I'm not getting pregnant. I've tried everything natural and struggle to get above 7mm. I have light periods so I always suspected something was wrong. I'm hoping if we have another failed cycle my Dr will put me on estrogen. They keep telling me that my lining still looks pretty because I have the three layers.

Take it daily. I take it as well. If you get a BFP you will have to continue taking it. It helps get the blood flowing down there. Good luck!

im slightly anemic and bruise very easily anyway so one a day would not be great but I will do after period and until next AF- but hoping she doesnt show again

alright Im 1dpo now so do I continue with the Pom juice? if so how long?

I have pineapple here... progesterone pills will start tomorrow. taking aspirin for a week already, vit d, prenatal, kelp for thyroid boost.

I am not sure about the pom juice. But wanted to say good luck! I am going to start taking Ubiquinol & royal jelly to help with my egg quality.

I stopped POM juice after O and started with the pineapple.

I was drinking 4oz POM juice twice a day everyday. I've always diluted it in water bc it's too strong for me (I don't like drinking any juice).
When I started taking the Metformin I would get really upset stomach after drinking POM. I've thrown up three times out of stubbornness for not wanting to quit the juice but the other night I had really bad stomach cramps at bedtime so no more POM for me.

well the aspirin is causing the issues.. I cut my finger today and it took 2 hrs to actually clot and its a tiny cut! I will have to cut back on it. I also upped my iron today to see if that will help.

I always mix the juice with club soda... So good!!
