Blood Pregnancy Test...freaking out!

Does anyone know if a blood pregnancy test can reveal anything other than pregnancy/no pregnancy?

I was supposed to start Femara today. The RE's office made me go for a blood pregnancy test Friday before they would call in the script. I went and took the test. They were supposed to call me today at 11 with results and info on my meds. Instead, I got an email saying they need to discuss to results in person at 3:30 tomorrow afternoon.

I emailed back, but have heard nothing. I am freaking out! I am 99.9% sure I am not pregnant. I've not missed my period. I've not had a positive test since my chemical over the summer. My last ttc cycle was in September. I've been saving money since then to go the RE route. If I am pregnant I'd be over 12 weeks and I really just don't think that is possible.

So, why would they be delaying my cycle? I'm so devastated now. :(

    I'm so sorry Mommy2016.
    How frustrating it must be that there is no one to answer your questions now.
    A blood pregnancy test will also give them info on your Glucose, Hemoglobin, Iron, Rubella, Toxoplasmosis, and STDs. Could be your sugar tolerance is not where they would like it? I just hope it's something very simple they can resolve in a cycle and get you back on track.
    My sugar levels were normal when my doctor ran my tests and still he found it necessary to put me on Metformin before ttc.

    I don't have any pregnancy tests right now and I don't have the car since my 17 year old took it to work.

    I'm not pregnant. I'm having my period right now. I had an ultrasound to check my uterus and ovaries at what would've been 5 weeks if I'd gotten pregnant last time I tried. They said everything looked great but didn't notice signs of a pregnancy(at least it wasn't mentioned and I'm sure it would've been)

    If it's an issue with glucose, iron, etc I'll be annoyed because those were all normal in October.

    I'm just super stressed now. :(

    If you call the on-call doctor they charge $150. I'm not doing that when it is obviously not something I can change before tomorrow anyway. I did email them and usually (even on weekends) someone gets back to you immediately. So far, nothing. It makes me scared that something is wrong and they don't want to tell me other than in person.

    I'm panicking at this point. :(

    Apparently they received the wrong test results from the hospital here. They had someone else's results. (Kind of scary to think about.)

    I am not pregnant. I am starting Femara today. IUI scheduled for December 16th! :)
