21 Weeks!

Had our big ultrasound today at exactly 21 weeks. Baby boy is doing great! His approx. weight is 1lb, and his heart rate was 153bpm. He also had the hiccups during the scan. He is measuring well at 21 weeks + 2 days.

Our sweet boy has arrived after TTC'ing for 4 years!

    do you know exactly how they get the weight?

    ICI #1 April 2012- BFN ICI #2 March 2013 BFN
    DH had vasectomy reversal October 2013. It worked!!!
    Counts are low, varicocele surgery was in August 2014.
    IVF February 2016 w/ICSI transferred 2 perfect blastocysts. It's twins!!!!
    Two perfect, beautiful boys born 10/24/16!!

    Aw congrats .. Sounds like things are going great!

    After my 20 week scan I learned that would be the last one unless something didn't seem right .. Ugh!! I need to live vicariously through others ultrasounds now lol

    I assume it was based on all of the measurements they did during the ultrasound. They did LOTS of measuring. There were several that estimated age and were averaged to come up with 21 weeks + 2 days. Kinda crazy that they can estimate weight too!

    I know! They said her next ultrasound will be at 32 weeks! I am thankful for access to an ultrasound machine at work, so when we just can't stand it anymore we can go peek! :)
