My wife had her 32 week ultrasound last Thursday and all is well with her and the little guy! He is weighing in at an estimated 4.5lbs. I can't believe we are getting so close!
A couple of things adding to the final stretch:
-We close on our new house next week and will be trying to do a few improvements before actually moving in. Thankfully, nothing too major.
-I was just diagnosed with cancer cells in my thyroid and now have to have it removed on Sept. 1st. Thankfully, it seems to be a pretty "curative" surgery, but I'll be on lifelong medication after.
Nothing like adding a bunch of crazy to the last little bit of time we have left!
Our sweet boy has arrived after TTC'ing for 4 years!

    that's so much news! i'll be thinking of you for your surgery. i hope it goes well!

    ICI #1 April 2012- BFN ICI #2 March 2013 BFN
    DH had vasectomy reversal October 2013. It worked!!!
    Counts are low, varicocele surgery was in August 2014.
    IVF February 2016 w/ICSI transferred 2 perfect blastocysts. It's twins!!!!
    Two perfect, beautiful boys born 10/24/16!!

    When life gets crazy it really gets crazy doesn't it. I hope things go well with your surgery and I can't wait to hear news on your baby.

    Oo we got 4 weeks-ish left, we feel your excitement!! I can't believe it's time, right??!

    Good luck with your house and surgery .. Hopefully both go as planned! Keep us posted on you're soon to be bundle!!

    SMBC: TTC since 12/2014: 3 home attempts: 2 BFN & 1 chemical. 3 medicated Dr assisted IUI's: 2 BFN & 1 BFP (04/24/15) with twins in May (new donor) MC with D&C @ 9w. 4th IUI 09/17/15: BFN. 10/15: hsg good. 11/15: BFN. 01/16: BFN. 05/16: Embryos arrested. IVF failed 06/16: KD BFN 07/16: KD BFN 09/16: IUI #7 with donor sperm BFP-MC at 9w w/ D&C. 02/17: diagnosed with hetero compound MTHFR & clotting mutation. 03/09/17 IUI #8: chemical pregnancy.     So close!
    We are settled into the new house, nursery is done, and my surgery was a success! Not cancer after all, but right lobe still removed.
    We both work at a big music festival in our town this weekend. My wife works for a fine art photographer who has several events happening during the weekend, and I help with lighting and sound. I cannot ever hear or feel my phone during the festival due to be surrounded by 25+ stages. Here's hoping our little boy doesn't decide to make a surprise arrival two weeks early during the full moon!

    How did I miss this update?? Glad your surgery went well! Fingers crossed that baby boy does NOT arrive this weekend!!
    TTC since September 2007 - 8 donor insems in 2012, all BFN. DH had varicocele repair #2 1/3/14.
    It worked! Two clomid cycles and two IUI's with injectables all BFN, on to IVF! 3dt of 2 perfect embryos on 12/15/14, BFP 7dp3dt! Frederick Lars born at 37 weeks on 8/15/15!! FET for #2 on 9/29/16 - BFP 5dp5dt!! Bertram Wilder and Mabel Moon born at 28.4 weeks on 3/29/17!
