Has anyone used the Photo Matching service that NW offers?
We selected a donor (4677) and are starting our 2nd cycle, but I've been curious about the Photo Matching in case we decide to switch donors at any point.
If you used it, did you have them compare against the whole catalog or did you preselect a group for them to "best match" to?
How long did the matching take?
