Dewar arrived and getting nervous

My dewar arrived today. I had to have it shipped to the fedex stire as i was not sure if I would be home. I work swing shift. Now I'm starting to get nervous. I am supposed to ovulate by Monday. This is the first time trying and hoping it works. I guess I just need some encouragement idk. Does anyone know any relaxation techniques that might help? TIA

    I definitely know how you’re feeling! My wife and I had our first IUI in the office this morning and I’m feeling super anxious too. I plan to do more yoga than I usually do and I’ve been journaling my feelings and thoughts. It seems to really help to get them down on paper. Hope this helps! Good luck!!
