Dewar questions!!

So this is probably a stupid question....just got my dewar for the first time and opened to make sure everything is right..do I need to secure the lid again with a zip tie to keep contents frozen or just when I plan to send it back?? Any help would be appreciated!

    Just zip tie when you ship back. But make sure the top is on good until you use it.
