So my partner and I are trying for baby number two. Our son just turned 4 last week, and we've decided he would make a great brother. We are going the unmedicated IUI route probably friday or saturday, does anyone have an advice or recommendations as I forgot all the stuff I researched before, what do you believe worked for you after a positive ovulation test?
