Jan 04th will be my 6th and final IUI . The increase in Clomid from 100 to 150 MG did not help but thankfully I had no side effects from it. I am 37 and have no fertility issues and all my labs/levels are great so we are not sure why I have had one successful IUI that ended in MC. I went today for my follicle scan (CD9) because they are closed on 12/31 & 1/1. I had a 13 & 7 on the left & a 13 & 7 on the right and my lining was 4.5. I will trigger on Saturday & have my IUI 36 hours later. I go to acupuncture weekly, take a prenatal, DHA, Royal jelly & Ubiquinol. I talked to my RE about progesterone, he said there is no need for me to be on it. I am using a new donor this cycle as well. If this IUI does not work I get 1 shot @ IVF due to coverage/cost. I am very saddened that I have 2 chances left to have a biological child. I know that I will foster/adopt again regardless of my ability to have a bio child but I so desperately want a bio child as well. I am not sure what else I can be doing to help any of this and for this cycle to be successful. Any advice you ladies can share is greatly appreciated.

The exception being IVF. FYI.
As an aside, if you ever use your IVF coverage I'd like to share this process seems to be much less stressful than physician assisted IUI. I'm in the beginning stages of IVF and everything is so planned out and well timed. It almost feels smooth and easy compared to my other attempts.
