Oy! The sickness!

Any tips on how to fight "morning" sickness that lasts all damn day long? I'm 9w5d and I feel like I'm starving myself because every time I eat something, I lose my appetite or throw it up. I'm constantly hungry, but I'm honestly afraid to eat. I've lost 3lbs this week. Like wtf? Lol! Despite it all, I'm still very happy to be pregnant. ❤

I found that I had a few good hours mid day, so I made sure to eat well during those few hours. But pretty much the rest of the day and night I barely touched food.
For me, peanut butter on toast worked in the morning. That was the only thing I could tolerate, so for four months that's what I had for breakfast. For dinner I had salad with ranch dressing. Every night. For four months.
Finally I would say around 18 weeks I could eat "normally" again.
Saltine Goldfish were super helpful. Handfuls of nuts were often tolerable.
Try to find what doesn't make you sick and just eat that.
Good luck!

That's actually what I got, they seem to do the trick, at least for a little while.
